The Free Forever plan has everything you need to get started as an individual. The Pro and Business plans are best for teams and businesses that need more advanced scheduling and collaboration features.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! You can start a 14 day free trial of our Pro and Business plans and cancel at any time before the trial ends. You won't be charged if you cancel your trial.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! Join our affiliate program and earn a 40% recurring commission on all referrals.

How does team billing work?

zcal is billed on a per-user basis. When you create a team in zcal and invite team members, we'll upgrade their accounts to the same plan you're on. We'll also update your seat count when you remove someone from your team. Billing is managed by the team owner.

Do you offer discounts for students, teachers, or non-profits?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to all features on your plan until the end of your billing period. After that, you will be downgraded to the Free Forever plan.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. You have 14 day to evaluate our Pro and Business plans risk-free and will not be charged if you cancel before your trial ends. As a paid subscriber, you can cancel your subscription at any time and won't be charged again.
